{Shop Hours}

~Sat & Sun closed

While I do my best to accommodate all orders in a timely manner, I am only a one woman shop.  I reserve evenings and weekends to recharge and spend time with my family.  I appreciate your understanding and respect of this important time.


Please Plan ahead!  I would love to do a custom creation for your event.  I do need some time to create it!  A addition $15 dollar charge will be added to orders that are too close to the event date.   If you need your order in a hurry please contact me so we can figure out the fastest and most efficient shipping method.

{Proofs}
 I will send you a proof of your customized labels etc before printing, I am not responsible for errors after you have approved the proof.   Proof will be sent after payment is received.

{Digital File Customers}

I am not responsible for the final printed outcome if you have your digital file printed at another vendor other then myself or at home.  Colors differ on monitors and printed products may vary from what you see on your computer screen.

{Turnaround Time}

I will do my best to get you a proof within 48 hours

{Shipping Rates}

Differ on each item and depend on weight and shipment rush.  Delivery confirmation is always included for U.S. Shipment.

{Refunds}

Our items are so cute we are sure you won't want to return them!......but if you do

*Refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis.

I do not offer refunds on items already printed!

On a rare occasion where refunds are done, you will be responsible for shipping.
